Plumb Intelligence
Updated Daily · Built for Arizona

Arizona permits, contractors & properties — fused, and made decision-ready.

Plumb Intelligence links Arizona permits to the licensed contractor who pulled them — with the match confidence shown on every link — fused with ownership, property sales, and live ROC license status, and refreshed daily — national aggregators often lag a given Arizona jurisdiction. Then we turn it into a daily list of reasons to pick up the phone: who to call, why now, and the number to dial.

The difference

Raw permit data is free. Knowing what to do with it isn't.

Cities publish permits. Aggregators resell them weeks later. Plumb Intelligence does the work in between: fusing permits with ownership, sales, project clusters, and contractor reputation — then handing you the play, not the spreadsheet.

Protect your accounts

“Your account's permit volume is down 41% this quarter.” Know an account is drifting before the orders stop — few tools can tell you this.

Catch projects early

“17 permits just landed on one parcel — a ~$44M project is starting.” Multi-permit clustering finds real jobs worth 3–5× a single permit.

Get there first

“Sold last month, no permit pulled yet.” Property sales fused with permit absence — the earliest demand signal that exists.

Trust is the product

Every record shows its work.

Source, freshness, and match confidence on every record — permit, contractor, and owner. We never ask you to trust a black box: if a link is fuzzy, we say so and show the confidence. If a dollar figure is estimated, it carries a ~ and an EST. label — never dressed up as a reported number.

Up and running in an afternoon

No data wrangling, no integration project, no IT ticket. The entire Arizona dataset is already loaded — you set your territory, and the call list shows up the next morning.

1

Set your territory

Tell us the zips you sell into and drop in the contractors you already supply — picked straight from the 64K-license AZ ROC roster. Two minutes, no spreadsheet to upload.

2

We fuse it overnight

Every night we pull the day's new permits from each city portal, match named contractors to the ROC roster — confidence shown on every link — join the owner, parcel, and sales records, and score it all for lead quality. You never touch a CSV.

3

Work your morning list

Open the app — or your email digest — to a ranked set of plays for your zips: who to call, why now, the number to dial, and the talking point to walk in with.

Nothing to install. No CRM integration, no data to import, no onboarding call. Add a teammate and they get their own territory and morning digest the same day.

The footprint

Arizona-wide permits. Parcel-deep in Maricopa, Pima & Yuma.

Permits from 22 jurisdictions across 6 Arizona counties, refreshed daily — then fused with 1.76M Maricopa County parcels for owner, mailing, and sales depth. Across every jurisdiction we cover on permits today; the parcel layer expands county by county without rework.

The moat

Anyone can show you a permit. The moat is what we fuse it to — and how fast.

Freshness

Refreshed daily

We pull new permits from each metro portal every day. National tools typically refresh Arizona weekly or twice-monthly, and it varies by product — by the time their data lands, the GC has often already picked a supplier.

Depth

Named permits, linked to the ROC license behind them

Where a permit names its contractor, we match it across 64K licenses — with classification, expiration, and disciplinary history, and the match confidence shown on every link — then fuse owner, parcel, and sales. The rest stay callable by name. No other tool does this at this depth for Arizona.

Transparency

Every record shows its work

Source, refresh time, and match confidence on every record — permit, contractor, and owner — down to the “why we think this” line on every play.

Verification

Verified against the AZ ROC

Licenses, classifications, disciplinary actions, and the unlicensed-violator list — the public record national tools usually skip.

Questions, answered

How fresh is the data, exactly?+

We pull new permits from each city portal every day, so they land in your feed the day after the city publishes them. National tools typically refresh Arizona on a slower cadence — often weekly or twice-monthly, and it varies by product and jurisdiction — so their data can arrive after the job is already sourced.

Which jurisdictions do you cover?+

20 Arizona cities daily across 6 counties — from Phoenix, Mesa, and Scottsdale to Tucson and Yuma — plus county parcel records across Maricopa, Pima, and Yuma (2.2M+ parcels) refreshed on their county cadences and the statewide Arizona ROC license roster, also weekly. We add jurisdictions as their records become available; the live coverage board on /permits always shows the current list.

How do you know which contractor pulled a permit?+

We match each permit to the Arizona ROC license roster by name, DBA, and license number, and show the match confidence on every link. Where a permit names a contractor who is not on the ROC roster, we still surface the name so it stays a callable lead.

Isn’t this just permit data I could pull from the city for free?+

Cities publish raw permits. We do the work in between: fusing them with ROC license status, parcel owner and mailing address, property sales, and contractor reputation, refreshing daily, and turning it into a ranked daily call list — the difference between a record and a reason to pick up the phone.

Do I need a contract?+

No. Start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card. After that it’s $199 per seat per month ($179 per seat at 3+ seats), and you can cancel anytime from Settings.

Who is it built for?+

Arizona suppliers, distributors, and trade pros who sell to contractors — and want to know who’s building, who’s buying, and where to hunt next before their competitor’s rep does.

Tomorrow morning, this is your territory.

14-day trial, full product, no card. Your zips, your accounts, your plays.
